You're currently in my sweet town.

yo!!tel u..i cooked 2 delicious dishes ytd at my house..so cool!!i cooked sweet n sour chicken and stir-fry french bean..hehe..lets start wit the sweet n sour chicken..actually it is suppose to b sweet n sour fish, but i cant find any sliced fish at giant..so sad..but chicken is better..i went to the provision shops there to buy some ingredients..at home,i start to do all those general preparation..when all tings were done, i start wit deep frying the chicken cube, after i cubed it..MAN!!its so difficult to control the oil lor..hot..1st, i sort of marinate it,dip it wit potato starch powder, n fried it..first, the oil is calm, the chicken cubes were safely sent in the pot, but duno y, the oil started splashing all over!!!haha!!then of course get hurt by the hot oil lor..)): the oil is very unstable lor..then i hide behind the door..lol..after all the cubes were ready, i leave it aside, preparing to stir-fry my french bean..it went on smoothly..so ok..after tat, prepared my sauce 4 the sweet n sour chicken, i stir fry all ingredients together, wit some onions, cucumber and tomatoes..its smells so great ok??i test it n it taste great too..after tat clean up work is a headache..spent 1 hour to clean the whole kitchen..went to shower n headed to pam's house..mi, pau n partner went to her house ytd..all of us cooked our own dishes n brought it to her house 4 all of us to try it..they like my chicken i tink,cuz they say it smells nice n tasty..hehe..esp. pau..she keep eating it..hehe..after the sumptuous meal, we went to pasamalam..hehe..
bought some food back..eat le the pau have to go..a very serious account happened..we met a indian when the lift reach 6th floor..n when the lift door open, he seems to b stunt by us,hesitating whether or not to enter the lift..he entered..pau's face change at the moment the door close..her eyes kept staring to the guy's hand..when we reach 1st floor, pau told us tat she saw the guy holding on a knife which is foldable..OMG!!we din even c it..she say the guy hold on to the flipped knife n after tat he fold it back n kept it..scary..so we pei pau go buy food 4 her dad..safe n sound..went home at 11plus..
wat a tiring n scary day...
